  • advanced 4 rounds for time                       
  1. run 100m w/25lb sand bag 10
  2. 10 squats w/sand bag
  3. 5 burpees
  4. 100m swim
  • beginner 2 rounds for time
  1. 1oom run/no sand bags
  2. 1o air squats
  3. 5 push ups
  4. 100m swim         please post times and commets
